Ten physical traits you love about yourself.
2 Minutes each
Try to get specific:
What is one of your favorite memories? Why is it your favorite?
What about it is the thing that stands out? Is it the way you feel or they people who were there?
3 Minutes each
What are 3 things you want to accomplish? Why?
What are your biggest priorities?
What are some things you have already accomplished?
5 -10 Minutes
What is your deepest most burning desire right at this moment? Is it an accomplishment, a trip, or something you are saving up for?
Don't worry about the how. Just focus on the what. Imagine that it's already yours - you've made the trip, finished the feat, or whatever your desire is. Describe it in detail as if you are the one in it. First person, now.
Is there anything holding you back from getting it? Money, time, chances?
If it was offered to you right now, what would you do to claim it?
